Appearance

Clear, deep teak with burnish bronze highlights.
Aroma

Blackened raisony burnt fruit cake, dried chocolate, vinous amontillado sherry and subtle clove spice. Faint mint jelly and quince jam.
Taste

Heavy and bitter sweet with robust but not overly tannic or dry old oak, Christmas pudding, prunes, figs and burnt toffee.
Aftertaste

Long, burnt dry burn and lingering mint jelly freshness. Unlike many other sherry whiskies, this takes a splash of water well.

The aroma and palate express great sherry-cask flavour – dried fruit, raisins, chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg. The light, spicy finish is teasing and adorable.
