This Distillers Edition expression from Oban Distillery has underwent a double maturation in ex-bodega Montilla Fino casks. The founders of Oban distillery were entrepreneurs who imports and exports goods for which they could sense a demand. We can then assume that they would have approve of the Spanish influence brought to bear in this choice of cask. This is a deep, dramatic dram that is full to the brim with maritime flavours.
