    Hibiki is a well know, award-winning, premium Japanese blended whisky. However. The Hibiki brand was created in 1989 by Suntory who firstly released age statement expressions. A none age statment name Hibiki Harmony is release in 2015. The crafting of the blend is complex. A minimum of ten grain and malt whiskies  chooses from three distilleries ages in no less than five cask types. Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita are the three distilleries that are used in making this exceptional blend.

    The name ‘Hibiki’ means resonance in Japanese and is a celebration of the fine art of blending. This art of blending is an on going alliance of skilled blenders of the past, present and future.
